Panjim Police have arrested Jagdish Sardessai (27) from Dona Paula for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol in a rash and negligent manner. Police said his BMW M340i hit three vehicles – an electric vehicle, a Skoda Rapid, and a Mahindra Thar – at Dona Paula Circle, causing disruption in the area. A case has been registered for drunk driving and rash driving.
