RGP alleges MCC enforcement for the Ponda by-poll, Budget 2026–27 passing without debate, and Assembly curtailment are politically driven and unconstitutional

RGP alleges that the enforcement of the MCC for the Ponda bypoll, the passage of the Budget 2026–27 without discussion, and the curtailment of the Assembly session are politically motivated and constitutionally incorrect.
