Donald Fernandes of Street Providence Goa says that Goan beggars are very real

Donald Fernandes of Street Providence Goa has disputed remarks made by Advocate General Devidas Pangam on the issue of beggars in Goa. Fernandes said that Goan beggars do exist and that some are currently residing in shelter homes after being referred through police and court procedures. He added that the issue should not be overlooked.
