Goencho Ekvott has filed a complaint seeking action against Gautam Khattar and Shrihari Athale for allegedly hurting religious sentiments and disturbing communal harmony. The complaint, submitted to South Goa Collector Egna Cleetus, relates to remarks made during the Bhagwan Parshuram Janmotsav event at Vasco and Panjim yesterday.
The group has demanded strict legal action and measures to maintain peace in the state.
