Luthra Brothers in police custody in fake NOC case

They have been accused of forging a certificate for an excise licence

Mapusa Police have taken Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra into custody in connection with a fake NOC case linked to ‘Birch by Romeo Lane’.

The accused are alleged to have forged a Health Department certificate to secure an excise licence for the establishment. The matter is currently under investigation.
