Benaulim MLA Venzy Viegas slams corrupt officials, citing a DYSP with unbecoming conduct

“Even if one person in the system is bad, then that person ruins the system. We want to change the system,” says Benaulim MLA Venzy Viegas. He goes on to quote a certain DYSP whose manner is unbecoming of his uniform.
