Savaikar couple’s anticipatory bail order on October 28

Rajesh Savaikar and wife Roshni were allegedly involved in the Serula Communidade land fraud case

The third and final hearing in the Serula Communidade land fraud and documents case, involving Rajesh Savaikar and his wife Roshni, was held before the Additional District Judge, Mapusa. After 1.5 hours of final arguments, the anticipatory bail plea was kept for orders on October 28, 2026.
