Courts have granted bail to Soham Naik in four of the five FIRs registered against him. His release comes with a condition restricting him from entering or staying in South Goa until the ongoing proceedings are concluded.
Meanwhile, his lawyer Adv Amey Prabhudesai has appealed to social media users to exercise restraint and avoid making defamatory or unverified remarks about the case.
