During the inauguration of the Tuem Hospital, former MLA of Mandrem, Dayanand Sopte, was not to be seen

At the inauguration of Tuem Hospital in Mandrem, Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant, former CM Laxmikant Parsekar, Health Minister Vishwajit Rane, and MLA Jit Arolkar were among the dignitaries present.

But, on this special occasion, where was the former MLA of Mandrem, Dayanand Sopte, who was conspicuous by his absence?
